Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Phalanx Supplements, we offer flexible Purchase Options so you can choose how you buy: a One-Time Purchase, or a recurring Subscribe & Save plan that ships automatically on a schedule you choose. This policy explains how to cancel, pause, or modify a recurring purchase option.

What Counts as a "Purchase Option"

• One-Time Purchase — a single order with no recurring charge. This policy doesn't apply; see our standard Return and Refund Policy instead.
• Subscribe & Save — a recurring order that renews and charges automatically at an interval you selected (e.g., every 30/60/90 days) until cancelled.

How to Cancel

You can cancel a Subscribe & Save plan at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee.

• Cancel yourself through your account's subscription management portal (link provided in your subscription confirmation and renewal emails), or
• Email us at Support@PhalanxSupplements.com with your name and order/subscription number, and we'll cancel it on your behalf.

There is no minimum commitment — you may cancel after your first shipment.

Cancellation Cutoff

To avoid being charged and shipped for an upcoming cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Your next billing date is listed in your account portal and in your renewal reminder email.

• Cancel before the cutoff → no further charges; no more shipments.
• Cancel after the cutoff → the upcoming order may already be processing and will ship as scheduled. It will be your final shipment, and the standard 30-day Return Policy applies to that order if you're eligible to return it.

Pausing or Skipping Instead of Cancelling

If you just need a break, you can pause your subscription or skip your next shipment (rather than cancelling entirely) through your account portal, or by emailing us. Paused subscriptions do not charge or ship until you resume them.

Changing Your Order

You can update your flavor, quantity, shipping address, payment method, or delivery frequency at any time through your account portal, subject to the same cutoff above for the upcoming cycle.

Refunds on Cancelled Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund a shipment that has already been charged or shipped. Any already-shipped order is handled under our standard Return and Refund Policy (30-day window, item must be unused/unopened with tags/seal intact, proof of purchase required, return must be pre-approved).

Non-Cancellable Charges

We're unable to reverse a charge for an order that has already entered fulfillment (packed or shipped) at the time you request cancellation. In that case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy once the item arrives.
